Fitness Classes

Lift

We’re all about making you stronger and fitter week after week. Each class is designed around one of these fundamental lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and pull-ups. It is followed by accessory movements and to wrap things up, a short and fun core & cardio finisher for a complete workout. We alternate between lower body and upper body days to give you a balanced, full body, weekly plan.
We will make you smash your fitness goals by keeping track of your progress and keeping you accountable.

Burn

This high-energy class is designed to burn calories and improve your endurance, using a mix of HIlT and endurance training techniques. We use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to keep the workouts fresh and challenging.
Our focus is on having fun together while we work hard. Each class is always different, with new formats every time to keep you engaged and motivated.

Bootcamp

Let’s start your day off right with our Bootcamp classes for morning and lunch time! Our Bootcamps alternate between strength-focused and cardio-focused days to offer a comprehensive and balanced fitness experience throughout the week

Core

Strong core is the foundation of all movement. Our class is designed to challenge your core stability, balance, and strength. With a perfect blend of core-focused movements and resistance exercises, this class will sculpt your abs, lower back and entire body.

It is suitable for all levels and is the perfect complement to our other classes. Get ready to build your six-pack and have a blast while doing it!

Box Technique

Welcome to our “Underdog Prodigy” class, perfect for anyone looking to improve their technique and become better boxer. It includes drills for footwork, offense, defense and all aspects of the sweet science.

Our experienced coaches will guide you through the intricacies of the sport, giving you personalized attention to help you develop your skills and reach your full potential

Sparring

This class is designed to put your skills to the test in a safe and controlled environment.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our step-by-step approach to sparring will allow you to practice offensive and defensive techniques inside the ring in a safe and enjoyable environment.
