Strength Classes

Lift

We’re all about making you stronger and fitter week after week. Each class is designed around one of these fundamental lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and pull-ups. It is followed by accessory movements complete workout.

We alternate between lower body and upper body days to give you a balanced, full body, weekly plan. We will make you smash your fitness goals by keeping track of your progress and keeping you accountable.

Powerlifting

Take your lifts and strength to the next level with our 90-minute powerlifting class. Focused on mastering the squat, bench press, and deadlift, this session is designed for all levels.

Our expert coaches will help you refine technique, build serious strength, and push limits—all in a supportive, no-ego environment that celebrates progress.

Hyrox classes (Cardio)

Burn

Whether or not you plan to compete in Hyrox, this high-energy class is the ultimate cardio workout.

Incorporating Hyrox-style movements, it focuses on improving movement efficiency, smooth transitions, and stamina.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Hyrox Strength & Conditioning is a hybrid program combining resistance training and cardio, designed to develop the key attributes needed for peak Hyrox performance.

While tailored for Hyrox athletes, it’s also perfect for anyone seeking a well-rounded workout to enhance overall fitness and athletic performance.

Running Class

Led by an expert running coach, this outdoor class focuses on building strong running fundamentals and improving technique. Through intervals, tempo runs, and drills, you’ll develop better form, efficiency, and endurance.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, this class will help you run stronger and further, equipping you with the skills and confidence to take your running to the next level.

Welcome to our “Underdog Prodigy” class, perfect for anyone looking to improve their technique and become better boxer. It includes drills for footwork, offense, defense and all aspects of the sweet science.

Training Camp

This 90-minute session combines all elements of boxing into an intense and comprehensive workout. From technique drills and pad work to conditioning, it’s designed to push you to your limits and help you improve fast.

Whether you’re sharpening your skills or building endurance, Training Camp is the ultimate class to elevate your boxing game!

Sparring

This class is designed to put your skills to the test in a safe and controlled environment.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our step-by-step approach to sparring will allow you to practice offensive and defensive techniques inside the ring in a safe and enjoyable environment.
